What does the price include?
Essencial (€300 in year 1, then €25 a month) includes up to 500 listings, 1 admin user, a template site with the agency’s logo and colours, its own domain with SSL, automatic publishing on Belakey, and the enquiry form to the agency. Profissional (€468 in year 1, then €39 a month) raises the limit to 3,000 listings and 5 users, with more layout choices and priority support. There is no separate setup fee: year 1 is the monthly price times 12, paid once.
Do the prices include VAT, hosting and the domain?
No. The prices exclude VAT. Hosting and domain registration are not included either: they are invoiced on top, at cost or with a small rounding, as their own invoice lines. Each agency has its own managed hosting plan, kept apart from the others.
What is the term, and how do I cancel?
Year 1 is paid upfront and covers 12 months. From month 13, billing is monthly, with no minimum term. You can cancel with 30 days’ notice, and there is no exit fee. Export of listings and photos is free at any time, and moving the domain has no fee from us. The domain belongs to the agency. There is no 24-month contract.
How many listings and users?
Essencial: up to 500 listings and 1 admin user. Profissional: up to 3,000 listings and up to 5 users. If the portfolio grows, you change plan, up or down. Above 3,000 we agree the setup with you, including more hosting space if it is needed.
What is Belakey, and how does Idealista work?
Belakey is a property portal. Every listing on the agency site goes onto Belakey automatically, at no charge, on either plan. Export to Idealista uses the contract the agency has with Idealista. Cryomatica does not sell or replace that contract.
Who owns enquiry data on the agency site?
The agency does. It is the controller and it manages that data. Cryomatica (Sun Lda) is the processor under GDPR article 28, and handles that data only to provide the service. Each agency site has a privacy policy in the agency’s name. On this site, Sun Lda is the controller for quote requests. Detail is in the privacy policy.
Does this include invoicing?
No. The service is the agency website, with Belakey included and Idealista export through your contract. It does not include invoicing.
Can I change plan?
Yes. You can move up or down.
Which languages does the agency site include?
Portuguese and English. Translation of listing text, and French or German versions, are quoted separately, as are the other extras.
Do I need technical skills?
No. You manage properties in a panel. Hosting is managed: updates, security, SSL and backups. You do not need server access. A training session for the team, if you want one, is quoted separately.
