There is no platform shared between agencies. We set up a copy of the site for yours, and the listings go to Belakey.

Enquiry
Tell us how many properties the agency has and what you need. The form reaches us by email. Sending it does not commit you.

Plan
Choose Essencial or Profissional. If you need extras, we quote them separately before any work starts.

Brand and domain
We take the logo, the colours and the agency’s domain. If the domain does not exist yet, we register it and bill it at cost.

A standalone site
A copy of your own: app, database, SSL certificate and managed hosting. The panel is in Portuguese and English.

Listings and portals
You add listings in the panel, or you ask for a quoted migration. Belakey receives the properties automatically. Export to Idealista uses the agency’s Idealista contract.

In use
Enquiries from the site go to the agency. After year 1 the service is monthly: 30 days’ notice, no exit fee, free export of listings and photos. The domain remains the agency’s.
Enquiry data
On the agency’s site, enquiries and leads belong to the agency. The agency is the controller and manages them in the panel.
Cryomatica, a brand of Sun Lda, is only the hosting and service provider: the processor, under a data-processing clause (GDPR article 28) in the contract.
Each agency site’s privacy policy names the agency as controller. Sun Lda is controller only for its own business contacts with agencies, such as the form on this site.
